We deliver extraordinary Programmes for the highest-level clients – therefore charisma, gravitas, and deep knowledge of business culture are crucial to your success. The role requires emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and powerful communication and listening skills. Previous delivery experience is not essential however, you will need to be able to memorise and reproduce a large amount of material in a consistent and inspiring way, drawing examples from your own experience.
